What FlatsDaily is

FlatsDaily organises rental posts from public online groups into searchable listings. We are not a broker, landlord or agent, and we are not a party to any rental agreement.

Accuracy

Listing details such as rent, deposit and costs are extracted automatically from the original post and may be wrong or out of date. Always confirm details with the poster and verify the property and the person before paying anything. Never pay a deposit or token without seeing the place.

The access pass

The pass costs ₹299 and unlocks original post links, full descriptions and all photos for 60 days from purchase. It is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. The pass is for personal use; don't resell, share or bulk copy listings.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, misuse posters' details, or use FlatsDaily to spam or harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

FlatsDaily is provided as is. We're not responsible for the content of third-party posts or for any dealings between you and a poster.
